In reference to ITALIAN Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n ((Code regarding the protection of personal data) and European legislation (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) ModenaFiere S.r.l., the data controller (headquartered in Viale Virgilio n. 58, (41123) Modena (MO), PEC: modenafiere@pec.official.it, Email privacy@modenafiere.it), has prepared and updated this policy in order to respect and protect your privacy, making every possible and proportionate effort not to harm your rights. ModenaFiere S.r.l. has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at dpo@modenafiere.it and 3333810478. Specifically, personal data made available to ModenaFiere can be used for the following purposes: a) fulfillments related to the execution of the contract for participation in the chosen event, including administrative and accounting purposes or pre-accreditation with the issuance of the specific entry pass to access the exhibition and/or event mentioned in this form; b) The fulfillment of legal obligations to which the Company is subject; c) the sending of newsletters, informative, advertising and promotional material, including those related to future editions of the same trade fair event, offers of goods and services, by mail, internet, telephone, MMS, SMS from Italy by the Company or by physical or legal entities collaborating in the Company's business activities by exhibitors of the event referred to in this form, by the organizer of the event referred to in this form, if different from ModenaFiere, by companies specializing in telemarketing, and by controlling and/or affiliated companies of the BolognaFiere Group. For the establishment and completion of any agreement / contract / collaboration, the provision of data is mandatory for point a) and b). In case of refusal, it will not be possible to establish any relationship with the data subject. However, For the purpose mentioned in points (c), providing consent is optional. ModenaFiere S.r.l. may use other parties who provide adequate guarantees regarding data protection and who are designated as data processors, appointees or authorized to process the data. Your personal data will not be disseminated. You may at any time freely exercise your rights in relation to personal data, i.e., to request access to and rectification or deletion of your personal data or to object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to portability.
